Premium Spain Travel Planning Package

The Premium Spain Travel Planning Package is designed for travelers who want more than just a trip — they want a fully supported, detail-rich experience crafted by local experts. This package includes everything offered in our Classic tier, plus exclusive experiences, added flexibility, and enhanced support throughout your journey.

Because of the high-touch nature of our Premium service, we accept a limited number of clients. If you’re interested, we recommend booking early.

The Premium Spain Travel Planning Package is Right for You if:

  • You want all accommodations, activities, in-country transport, and dining personally planned and booked by our team.
  • Are traveling with a group of 1-10 people
  • Require on-trip support for emergencies (with at least 24 hours’ notice)
  • You’re planning your trip at least 3 months in advance.*
  • You want VIP tours, exclusive experiences, and concierge-level services.
  • You need to split expenses across multiple credit cards.
  • Your group has diverse interests / different age ranges and needs multiple activity options.
  • You feel more comfortable traveling abroad with ongoing support and guidance.
  • You’re looking for services not included in the Classic Custom Itinerary Package

What’s Included in Our Premium Spain Travel Planning Package:

  • Recommendations and Booking of Accommodations: We’ll take care of recommending and booking your hotels, vacation rentals, villas, houseboat – whatever lodging suits you best!
  • Recommendations and Booking of Excursions, Tours, Activities: We’ll recommend and reserve up to two (2) daily activities based on your interests and travel style, for example: a half or full day day trip from Madrid, a private sunset sailboat cruise or a guided visit to the Alhambra
  • Recommendations and Booking of In-country Transport: We’ll recommend and reserve transportation options and logistics suitable for in-country travel needed for your trip
  • Recommendations and Booking of Restaurants: We’ll give you recommendations and make reservations of your choices for various dining options, from small cafes to Michelin star restaurants
  • Recommendations and Booking of Concierge Activities: We’ll recommend and reserve concierge level activities such as treatments in local spas, days at golf courses, book concert tickets, suggest hidden hiking paths, provide insider tips, and more.
  • Detailed Travel Itinerary: Receive a comprehensive itinerary in both PDF and app format, ensuring you have all the essential information at your fingertips, both online and offline.
  • 24/7 On Trip Support for Emergencies
  • Unlimited Travel Guidance and Advice: Benefit from expert advice throughout the planning process and during your trip.

Our Spain Travel Planning Process:

  1. ​​Complete Our Questionnaire: Tell us about your interests, travel style, preferences, and previous experiences in Spain.
  2. Schedule a Free Complimentary Discovery Call: We’ll discuss your planning status, group dynamics, travel vision, and desired experiences.
  3. Share the Details: Let us know what each traveler in your group enjoys. We’ll use this to design a flexible itinerary with options that suit everyone.
  4. Receive your Custom Itinerary Proposal: We’ll present a day-by-day plan based on your goals and add thoughtful extras we believe you’ll love. You can revise, approve, or request alternatives.
  5. We Finalize & Book Everything: After approval of the proposed itinerary, we begin securing all your accommodations, transportation, excursions, activities, and restaurant reservations—consulting you throughout.
  6. Personalized Spain Travel Itinerary: Receive a detailed, customized day-by-day itinerary that serves as your personalized guidebook. Access your itinerary through our travel app for easy mobile access or print it out before your trip.
  7. Pre-Departure Call: We’ll go over everything to ensure you’re fully prepared for a stress-free adventure.
  8. Ongoing Support Throughout Your Trip:
    We remain available to answer questions and help resolve any urgent issues during your travels.

Pricing:

  • $350 per trip day, per party of 1-4 people
  • $400 per trip day for groups of 5–6 people
  • Contact us for a quote for parties of 7-10 people
  • Minimum of 5 days planning required
Example: If you desire help with an itinerary of 10 days, the planning fee would be $3,500 for your group of up to 4 people.
Deposit due upon proposal acceptance: 50% of total fees
Final Payment due upon delivery of final itinerary: Remaining 50% of total fees​​​
Note: A minimum of 3 months before the planned start of your trip is needed to engage with our Premium Spain Travel Itinerary Planning Package. For last minute custom Spain travel planning (less than 3 months before desired arrival to Spain), the daily planning fee is increased by $100 per travel day.
