Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or as a family, we create custom itineraries that align with your travel style, interests, and budget—giving you the freedom to explore Spain with ease.

The Classic Spain Travel Planning Package is Right for You if:

You want all accommodations, excursions, in-country transport, and restaurant reservations professionally planned and booked.
You are traveling with a group of 1-10 people
You’re planning your trip at least 3 months in advance
You feel comfortable traveling independently without a guide
You are happy following the same itinerary for all members based on your interests, budget and travel style
You prefer a slower-paced itinerary with ample free time and expert recommendations

What’s Included in the Classic Spain Travel Planning Package:

Recommendations and Booking of Accommodations: We’ll recommend and book the lodging that best fits your needs—whether it’s a boutique hotel, villa, apartment, or houseboat.
Recommendations and Booking of Excursions, Tours, Activities: We’ll recommend and reserve up to one (1) daily activity, for example: a half or full day city tour, a cooking class or entrance tickets to the Prado
Recommendations and Booking of In-country Transport: We’ll recommend and reserve transportation options and logistics suitable for in-country travel needed for your trip
Recommendations and Booking for Restaurants: We’ll give you recommendations for various dining options, from small cafes to Michelin star restaurants, and then we’ll secure places that require reservations for you to enjoy dining in Spain like a local
Detailed Travel Itinerary: Receive a comprehensive itinerary in both PDF and app format, ensuring you have all the essential information at your fingertips, both online and offline.
Personalized Suggestions: Enjoy customized advice, including recommendations for things like local spas, golf courses, concerts, hiking paths, insider tips, and more.
Unlimited Travel Guidance and Advice: Benefit from expert advice throughout the planning process and during your trip.

How Our Spain Travel Planning Process Works:

Complete Our Questionnaire: Start by filling out our questionnaire to help us understand your travel style and preferences.
Initial Consultation: We’ll chat during a complimentary 30-minute call to understand your vision for the trip.
Understanding Your Needs: Share details about your interests, the preferences of your travel companions, and your vision of the ideal trip. Tell us about your past travel experiences in Spain, if any, and what you imagine as the perfect day on vacation.
Itinerary Proposal: Best of Spain Travel Planners will craft a tailored itinerary for parties of 1-10 people, incorporating your desires and adding special touches we think you’ll appreciate. You can approve, make adjustments, or explore alternative options. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear overview of your Spanish adventure, including destinations, durations, and travel routes.
Finalizing the Plan: Once the itinerary is finalized, we will handle booking your reservations for accommodations, in-country transportation, excursions/tours/activities and restaurants, consulting you at each stage.
Personalized Itinerary: Receive a detailed, customized day-by-day itinerary that serves as your personalized guidebook. Access your itinerary through our travel app for easy mobile access or print it out before your trip.
Ongoing Support: We are available to answer any questions throughout the planning process.
Pre-Departure Call: Before your trip, we’ll have a video or phone call to review your travel plans and ensure you have everything you need for a smooth journey.

Pricing:

$250 per trip day, per party of 1-4 people
$300 per trip day for groups of 5–6 people
Contact us for a quote for parties of 7-10 people
Minimum of 5 days planning required

Example: If you desire help with an itinerary of 10 days, the planning fee would be $2,500 for a group of up to 4 people.

Deposit due upon proposal acceptance: 50% of total fees

Final Payment due upon delivery of final itinerary: Remaining 50% of total fees

Note: A minimum of 3 months before the planned start of your trip is needed to engage with our Classic Spain Travel Itinerary Planning Package. For last minute custom Spain travel planning (less than 2 months before desired arrival to Spain), please refer to our Premium Spain Custom Travel Planning Package.
